Wet Ceiling Needs Removal

The wet ceiling was due to an upstairs bathroom that had a supply line that had broken at the connection. Plastic supply lines will usually break within five or seven years. They are notorious for breaking down at the worst times and nobody thinks to have them changed.

Removing the ceiling was needed because we needed to get to the subfloors of the second floor to assure there was no mold damage and so it could dry properly. The structural integrity of the subfloor was not suspect and we continued drying.
